Attraction-The former residence of Li Zhi

The former residence of Li Zhi, Li Zhi alternatively called Zhuo Wu or "the Lay Buddhist of Wen-ling", was a native of Quan Zhou, a great thinker of the 16th century in China. Li was born 1527 and died 1602. He wrote voluminously, including the well-known works of The Burning of Books, The Collection of Books, etc. He is a spectacular academic figure of the Ming dynasty.
The house is kept in the original form as it was repaired in the closing years of Qing.
