Introduction |

Yan'an dishes have the local flavour of
Northern Shaanxi style. Some of the local special dishes include:
stewed mutton, sheep entrails series. Mutton soup with pancake
pieces series, buckwheat noodle series, rice (grain) series
(rice wine, oil cake, oil bun, glutinous millet bun, millet
porridge), grated potato, pumpkin in sweet juice, Northern
Shaanxi Mixed Vegetables and Lunar new Year Feast, etc. |
