Arriving Beijing
Arrive in Beijing-the capital of China. China Holidays tour guide greets you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 03
Beijing-Zhangjiajie (B,L,D)
Sightsee the Beihai Park, which was originally built for Kublai Khan before the Imperial Palace was even imagined. The scale of the peaceful park is appropriately regal and the huge lake is divided into three parts. Then visit the Grand View Garden. Fly to Zhangjiajie in the evening. Zhangjiajie scenic area is listed with UNESCO the
World Heritage. China's "Yellow Stone Park" can be divided into four regions: Zhangjiajie National Park, Suoxiyu Nature Reserve, Tianzishan Nature Reserve and Yangjiajie Scenic Area. It is also home to three ethnic minorities-Tujia, Bai and Miao, which together make up 70% of the local population.
Day 04
Zhangjiajie (B,L,D)
Zhangjiajie is a mysterious piece of land where more than 20 nationalities have been laboring, dwelling, and multiplying among the fascinating hills and waters, breeding graceful dances and beautiful songs with extreme characteristics of nationalism that reveal fantastic local customs and folk habits. The first day's highlights are the Zhangjiajie Forest Reserve, Natural Reserves of Suoxiyu Gully, Golden Whip Stream, Natural Gallery of Ten Miles and Huangshi Village. The fantastic formations of peaks, crystal clear water, spectacular karst caves and the unrivalled high percentage of forest cover will impress you deeply.
Day 05
Zhangjiajie-Chengdu (B,L,D)
Continue your tour by sightseeing the Tianzi Mountain and Huanglong Cave, where every rock, crag and gully has been given an elaborate name. The boorish, resonant and vigorous Miao songs accompanied by the obbligato of Mu leaves that soothe your tired body, the brisk enthusiastic and typical dances that in turn unfold the dreams and romances of the local people, the picturesque scenery and harmonious combination of natural beauty and human civilization that enhance and supplement each other-all of this bewilders your consciousness and makes you fully intoxicated. Fly to Chengdu in the evening.
Day 06
Chengdu-Huanglong-Jiuzhaigou (B,L,D)
Fly to the Fairyland-Jiuzhaigou Valley, which is famous for its natural wonders in terms of colorful waters. Tour to the Huanglong scenic area first. It is famous for its magic landscape of limes formation, made up of 3400 multi-colored, different sized ponds. Calcareous fluid with bottom paving with golden line deposit, plus five
waterfalls, four stalactite caves and three ancient temples, all of them gather in the same place, which look like a dragon surging down from snowcapped peaks of Mountain Min.
Day 07
Jiuzhaigou (B,L,D)
Today we will spend the whole day exploring the fantasy of Jiuzhaigou. Tour the Long Lake, Five Flower Lake, Pearl Shoal Waterfall, Shuzheng Waterfall, Nuorilang Waterfall and Panda Lake etc. The water here appearing to be either magically peacock blue or emerald. All those who encounter it are overwhelmed by the breathtaking beauty of both its landscape and its lakes, springs, waterfalls, streams, rivers, and shoals.
Day 08
Jiuzhaigou (B,L,D)
Continue your tour in Jiuzhaigou.
Day 09
Jiuzhaigou-Songpan Old Town-Muni Valley-Maoxian Town (B,L,D)
Motor coach to Songpan Old Town in the morning, after sightseeing proceed to Muni Valley scenic area, which is made up of Zhaga Valley and the magnificent Erdaohai Waterfall with several beautiful forests and lakes. Arrive at Maoxian Town in the late afternoon.
Today we start or tour with a visit to the Taopin Qiang Minority Village, which sits on the slope of the mountain, with rivers flowing around. The ancient Qiang houses there are well-preserved and known as the "Oriental Ancient Castles". The unique-designed houses attracts millions of tourists every year. Our next stop is to the Wolong Panda Natural Preserve. Panda is the rare animal in the world and is called the "living fossil". Now there are about 1000 living pandas in the world and 85%of them are living here. Coach to Mt. Four-Girls afterwards.
Day 11
Mt. Four-Girls-Danba (B,L,D)
This morning we will thrill at Mt. Four-Girls, it is best known as the "Oriental Sacred Mountain" for its elegant and graceful beauty. Countless fairy stories are made up to describe her beautiful outlines, here visitors can see the intact natural conditions, quickly-changed four seasons within a single day. Besides its towering mountains, colorful hillside flowers, and shadowing evergreen woods, the site is known for its local Tibetan customs and folk culture, as well as aromatic liquor and romantic Guozhuang dance. Here, the water, the land and the people exist in great harmony, as if everything was arranged by God on purpose. Proceed to Danba before dark.
Day 12
Danba-Mt. Four-Girls (B,L,D)
Visit the Tibetan stone-piled towers, they played the role of the fortress and the beacon stand in the past, in addition, they symbolized wealth. Drive back to Mt. Four-Girls in the afternoon.
Day 13
Mt. Four-Girls-Chengdu (B,L,D)
After breakfast take coach back to Chengdu, upon arrival visit the Marquis Wu Temple, and enjoy the local cuisine dinner in the evening.
Day 14
Chengdu-Shanghai (B,L,D)
Fly to Shanghai in the morning. Stroll the Nanjing Road and the Bund (Wai Tan) waterfront area, a sweeping area along the Huangpu River, where used to be foreign concessions and now is the symbol of modern Shanghai. Here is the best place to capture the western influence of the old days. Visit the Shanghai Museum.
Day 15
Shanghai-West Coast (B)
Tour guide will transfer you to the airport and home your sweet home.
